The writers of the Lost pilot, Damon Lindelof, J.J. Abrams and Jeffrey Lieber, created some great, original characters for the show. The way that the show begins, we know nothing about the characters pasts. We only get to see the way that they react to the crash and the hours after. Great writing, it leaves us wanting to know more. Respond to the post questions below in your blog.
1. Write a character bio for a character introduced in the pilot. This only needs to be a line or two. I will discuss how to write these in class.
2. One of the cool things about the writing of the show is that the writers begin to tell the backstory of the characters as the show develops. For this response, you be the writer. Develop and write an original backstory for the character you chose to do for your character bio. What brought them on Oceanic Flight 815 that day? What was their life like before the crash? Blogs should be at least one well written paragraph. Be original.

One of the caracters that we had being introdused is Charley he has a background of drugs and to be a musician he also has showed to be a selfish person... I think that if we go furder in his past he might not even be involve in music but mostly in drugs he could be in a busines of transporting drugs, and the reason of all his rong dessisions could be due to a bad influesnse in his carer or because of hes highschool years

ReplyDeleteJIN: In the pilot they introduce a character named Jin. He is Korean and is very protative of his wife. He doesnt care much about anybody else on the island, he is alll for himself and wife.
ReplyDeleteJin was brought to Flight 815 because him and his wife was going on their honeymoon. He is a wife beater and has gone to jail for hitting his wife. He has bin to jail. He is also very smart and own his own computer busniess. He is very rich. He has no kids yet because his wife is scared. Right before the crash he and his wife got into a fight and they almost didnt get on the plane. Unforntanly they did and now there stuck.
1.One of the characters that was introduced in the pilot was a foreign woman named Cage. She apparently had gotten into trouble with the US military and was being brought back to the states when flight 815 crashed.
ReplyDelete2. Cage was living a normal life somewhere outside of the states. Although underneath the surface she was commiting illegal things. A really big job turned out to be a trap set up by the U.S. military. This is where she was caught and detained by a U.S. Marshall. He said that they would settle the matter in the U.S., they boarded Flight 815 three days later...

ReplyDelete2. Kate was coming from Austrailia to go to a trail. She was being trailed becasue she killed someone for her own defensse. But that person's family doesn't believed this and is charging her for homocide.
